Education
I graduated high school in 2011 with an OP4 (having studied English, Maths, Modern History, Ancient History, and Chemistry). Currently I am in my third year of a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at the University of Queensland, maintaining a high GPA for the duration of my studies. I have received both a University of Queensland Dean’s Commendation and a School of Social Science Commendation.
Experience
Through my degree I have had a great deal of experience helping school aged children with language (both oral and written) through university placements and volunteer programs. The majority of my experience has been in the area of literacy, so I am especially interested in helping children with reading and writing. However, I am definitely not limited to these areas. I have an up to date Blue Card, CPR and First Aid Certificates. I want to be a tutor because I love helping children to learn, and would love to be considered!

Hobbies
In my spare time I love to read and listen to music. I have also been lucky enough to travel quite a bit, and I'm hoping to travel again at some point in the not-too-distant future! Otherwise I love being with my family and friends (particularly my niece and nephew!).
